Support

If something is broken, confusing, or you cannot get in, write to support@rydr.gg. A person reads it.
1Getting in touch
Email support@rydr.gg.
Four things make a problem far quicker to fix, so include them if you can:
- Your phone, tablet or computer and its OS version, e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.4.
- Whether you ride in the RYDR app or in a browser, and which browser.
- The make and model of your trainer, and of your heart-rate strap if you use one.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
2Creating an account
In the RYDR app for iPhone and iPad, anyone can create an account: enter your email and type the six-digit code we send you.
On the web and on Android, creating an account currently needs a valid invite code. If you do not have one, write to support@rydr.gg and ask for one.
3Signing in
There are no passwords. You enter your email, we send a six-digit code, and typing it signs you in. The code is valid for one hour.
If no code arrives: check the spam folder, confirm the address you typed, and wait a full minute before asking for another: sends are rate limited to one per minute per address. If it still does not arrive, email us and we will look at the send log.
4Trainers and sensors
RYDR reads power, cadence and heart rate over Bluetooth Low Energy from smart trainers that speak the standard FTMS profile, and from standard heart-rate straps.
Two things account for most connection trouble:
- A trainer that is not awake. Most stop advertising when still, so power it on and start pedalling, then tap Connect.
- A trainer already connected to something else. They accept one connection at a time, so close any other app or head unit using it.
5Your account and your data
What we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy at https://rydr.gg/privacy, and the terms you ride under are at https://rydr.gg/terms.
To delete your account, you do not need us: in the RYDR app for iOS or Android, open your profile and tap Delete account permanently at the bottom. It takes effect immediately. If you ride on the web or no longer have the app installed, write to privacy@rydr.gg and we will do it. Either way the details are at https://rydr.gg/delete-account.
For a copy of your data or a correction, write to privacy@rydr.gg.
